SYSTEM / THE DECISION CHAIN

The decision is a chain of proof.

Each stage answers the next question—from what is owned to what happens after capital arrives.

ASSET → OWNERSHIP → VERIFICATION → ELIGIBILITY → VALUATION → OFFER → ACTIVE LOAN → REPAYMENT → HEALTH → OPERATIONS

THE ENTRY CONDITION

Before value, there had to be proof.

Kanda begins by translating an asset choice into the official registry details required to verify ownership.

10 / DESIGN JUDGMENT

Clarity was not the layer on top. It was the system.

JUDGMENT / THE DESIGN PRINCIPLE

Kanda made the path from ownership to liquidity easier to understand—without pretending the underlying financial system was simple.

COMPLEXITY MADE VISIBLE

An asset the user already owns.

01 / ASSETA holding, vehicle or property.

02 / OWNERSHIPIdentity and registry details.

03 / CONSENTPermission to use collateral.

One decision, continuously visible.

01 / VALUEVerified portfolio value.

02 / OBLIGATIONOutstanding balance and repayment.

03 / HEALTHCollateral coverage over time.

OWNERSHIP → LIQUIDITY → CONTINUITY

KANDA / END-TO-END PRODUCT DESIGN

The work was not only about helping someone secure a loan. It was about making the relationship around asset-backed lending legible, from proving ownership and defining collateral, to comparing offers, giving consent, managing repayment, and keeping portfolio health visible. The work demonstrates how I translated a connected financial system into clear product states, evidence, and interaction models across borrowers, brokers, and lenders.
